Please note that orders are processed in the order they were received. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. (PST) will be shipped the next business day. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS; international orders are shipped via DHL.
Fonfrege.com currently accepts only Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept checks or money orders. We are only able to accept one form of payment per order transaction. When placing an order, your billing address must match the address associated with the credit card. Please note that all transactions are secured. The Fonfrège website features an SSL encryption system ensuring the protection of all personal and payment data.
You may return any item for a full refund as long as it still in the condition in which it was sold and is returned with all of its original packaging, protective hardware seals, authenticity cards, and tagging.
Items that have been worn or had all packaging removed may only be returned for credit.
Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items purchased at a certified reseller or at one of our private events may be returned within 10 days of purchase.
To return an item, simply ensure that the item is packaged as it was received and in its original box or a new box of the same quality and dimensions. You will then need to contact us at email@example.com in order to be issued a return label.
Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
