To shop online, simply click on the item you wish to purchase and if applicable, choose the size and color you desire. If the item is in stock, you will be able to proceed to the next page. If the item is out of stock, you will be given the choice to preorder the item, choose a different color, or a different item.

For shipping within the EU, shipping time is approximately 2-3 business days from the date of your order.

If you are shopping from the United States, once your order arrives to our US distribution center, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail containing your UPS Tracking Number, approximately 2-3 business days from your order date.

Packages shipped with signature upon delivery are determined by the UPS carrier’s discretion. Our warehouse is closed for these Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. Please note all orders are processed automatically and unfortunately at this time we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery of the products

you purchase on the Site as specified on your order confirmation.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase

your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total

merchandise value and shipping charges, and displaying on the Order Summary page.

You can return any item for a full refund as long as it still in the condition in which it was sold and is returned with all of its original packaging, protective hardware seals, and attached tagging.

Items that have been worn or had all packaging removed may only be returned for credit.

Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items purchased at a certified reseller or at one of our private events may be returned within 10 days of purchase.

To return an item, simply email us the following information:

1. Your name, address, phone number, and email

2. The item you wish to return and where it was purchased

3. The reason for the return

If you made your purchase online, simply use the prepaid UPS return label you received with your order. If you purchased through a certified reseller or at one of our private events, once we have received your email and approved your return, we will send you a pre-paid UPS Return Label. Bring your item to a UPS authorized shipper either sealed in the original box, or pack the item in the correct sized UPS packaging.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country in which they were purchased.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

We usually process returns within 3 business days of the package’s arrival at our warehouse.

During peak times it can take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been processed, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation e-mail. Please note that the time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used:

For Credit Card: Our bank will reimburse you within 7 business days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation e-mail. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer.

For PayPal: You will see the refund in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Confirmation e-mail.

If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost.

Simply follow the instructions in the RETURNS section. Once we receive your email, we will confirm if we have the item in stock for your exchange. Please note that due to limited quantities, not all requests can be honored. When we receive your return, we will ship the item to the address from your original order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when the package has been dispatched. You may exchange the size and/or color of an item one time only, but you can always return it by following the instructions in RETURNS.
