Shipping

Please note that orders are processed in the order they were received. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. (PST) will be shipped the next business day. All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS; international orders are shipped via DHL.

 

Returns

You may return any item for a full refund as long as it still in the condition in which it was sold and is returned with all of its original packaging, protective hardware seals, authenticity cards, and tagging.

Items that have been worn or had all packaging removed may only be returned for credit.

Please note that items from the jewelry and home departments are only eligible for exchange or store credit. 

Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Items purchased at a certified reseller or at one of our private events may be returned within 10 days of purchase.

To return an item, simply ensure that the item is packaged as it was received and in its original box or a new box of the same quality and dimensions. You will then need to contact us at service@fonfrege.com in order to be issued a return label. 

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Exchanges

Any item may be exchanged for another item of the same value as long as it has not been used or damaged. This means all tagging is attached, or in the case of candles, the package has not been opened.

Please note that items from the jewelry and home departments are only eligible for exchange or store credit. 

Refunds

Full price merchandise may be returned for a refund, minus the return shipping cost.

As previously stated, merchandise must be un-used or worn, and with all of its original tagging attached. Any item that has been sealed can not be returned or exchanged.
